All jewellery is brand new and will be sent to you usually within 48 hours of payment received.

Your jewellery will be examined and packed with the same degree of care and attention we would expect for anything we purchased.

We will answer all queries and questions as soon as possible ~ usually within 12 hours

Your details will never be disclosed to a third party without your prior consent.

 

 

 

 

Payments

We accept payment by cheque, postal order, bank transfer, Paypal, Nochex and can take credit card payments through paypal.

Please make all payments in GBP

Postal Orders and cheques should be made out to 'A Silver Dream' or 'A Aldridge'

Postage

Postage is free on all orders within the UK

 

and will be charged to countries within Europe at a flat rate of £3.50 for International Signed For.

Orders outside of the EU may be liable for import tax.   Please check with your own countries legislation if you are unsure of the threshold

 

Returns

A Silver Dream offers a no quibble money back guarantee

 

 

Any items ordered from A Silver Dream can be cancelled or returned up to 14 days after purchase.  Please contact us within 7 days if you intend to return anything.

 

 

If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase you will be given a refund on the original purchase price.

 

 

In the unlikely event of your jewellery arriving to you damaged we will refund you in full.  Please contact us within 24 hours of your delivery.

 

 

Please ensure all returns are securely packaged with the original invoice and returned via a trackable means.  We can not refund returns which get lost in the post on the way back to us.

 

 

Privacy

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent by joining our mailing list.  You are free to unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time with no questions asked - there is a link at the bottom to click on if you do not wish to receive it anymore

 

The information we will collect about you in order to process your order includes:

your name

your address

your phone number

your email address

 

all electronic payment details go through Nochex or Paypal so we never see them at all
